Stacking the Shelves & Week in Review 8/29/15

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews to share what we've added to our shelves for the week.

Ok, I may have gone overboard with the review titles this week. It's not my fault! NetGalley and Edelweiss put them there! I've been really good lately and have had a very rough month, so I think I deserve a splurge. At least I didn't spend too much money this week. Actually, I've been REALLY good and have barely spent any money on books in the last two months.

Bought

The Copper Gauntlet (Magisterium #2) by Holly Black & Cassandra Clare
A Whole New World (Twisted Tales #1) by Liz Braswell

Delivered by Owl

Trouble is a Friend of Mine by Stephanie Tromly

  1. Just a small haul this week, huh? *giggles* There are some really pretty covers that I feel compelled to investigate! Zero Day sounds interesting...I'm right into all these US political tv series so this one caught my interest. Hope you enjoy your books!

  4. Oh wow!!! Awesome haul! So many awesome 2016 books that I can't wait to read! Though I'm trying to enjoy my 2015 books I have yet to read! Curbing the envy is still a bit of a challenge though! LOL! Hope you enjoy all the wonderful new reads!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then!

    Have a GREAT day!

  6. Great haul this week! I was so looking forward to The Great Hunt, Reign of Shadows and Shallow Grave, but once I read more about them, I decided to wait. I'm not sure if I will end up liking them or not. So tell me how they are, so I know wether or not to grab them! <3

  7. Never Never, Reign of Shadows, and The Shadow Queen all sound great. I really enjoyed Everything Everything but wasn't too fond of the ending. Thanks for stopping by!

  9. I've always wanted to try the Owlcrate subscription box, but I'm weary about paying for a book I didn't want.

  17. Um. What am I supposed to do with this massive haul of ALL the books ever published? ;) I want Into the Dim SO BADLY. I requested a physical ARC but honestly, I should request the eARC because I really do need it that badly. I have a few of the Harper ones, and am still in Purgatory for a few others on your list ;) But mostly, I want to know what you think about A Whole New World, because frankly, I have been having too much fun with those reviews ;) And good for you for not spending much money, YAY! Hope you have a fabulous week, and enjoy your 76 new books :D
