Stacking the Shelves & Week in Review 3/21/15

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews to share what we've added to our shelves for the week.

So...happy...um...Spring? Hopefully wherever you are it actually feels like Spring. It's not even close here in PA. It snowed all day yesterday (as you can see in the pictures below), so I'm having trouble feeling the Spring Fever. Eventually it'll get warm...right?

I added a few goodies to my shelves this week and posted a lot, too.  Check the Week in Review because there are two giveaways below that you can still enter. One is for a signed copy of Love, Lucy by April Lindner and the other is for an Amazon gift card (part of the Book Blitz for Half-Life by Tina Ferraro).

So, here's the haul...

Bought:

Bone Gap by Laura Ruby
Midnight Thief (Midnight Thief #1) by Livia Blackburne
Confess by Colleen Hoover
The Alex Crow by Andrew Smith

(notice the lovely Spring snow)

For Kindle:

The Lost Herondale (Tales from Shadowhunter Academy #2) by Cassandra Clare and Robin Wasserman

Never Gonna Tell by Sarah M. Ross

eARCs for Review:

Alive by Scott Sigler (Edelweiss)
Welcome to Night Vale by Joseph Fink & Jeffrey Cranor (Edelweiss)
Daughter of Dusk (Midnight Thief #2) by Livia Blackburne (NetGalley)
Delicate Monsters by Stephanie Kuehn (NetGalley)

  4. I'm loving the view out of your window! I could just sit in a comfy chair with that view and a good book in my hand! We had a day or two of snow this winter but nothing big. I like snow as long as I don't need to go out in it! Happy reading!

  8. You got some amazing books this week. I hate all this snow that we have been getting. You got some great books. Midnight Thief is an excellent book. Have you read the prequel, Poison Dance? if you haven't, get it. Enjoy your weekend.

  15. Ugh, right there with you! I am in NEPA and we had about 6 inches of snow. Honestly, plows on the first day of spring? PASS.

Also, you always make me want to buy more books! Your hauls are so great, and my willpower is so low. I really want The Haunting of Sunshine Girl. And The Alex Crow. And Midnight Thief, but I *might* own it already? No idea.

I got Delicate Monsters too, I am SO excited for it! I hope you enjoy all these books, and have a wonderful week. And hey, maybe by July, the snow will end ;)

  18. Luckily our First Day of Spring didn't require snow boots, but it started snowing today. Ugh. Spring needs to hurry up!

I was thinking about getting Confess when I was at the store today but I decided I would check out hte library first (I"m not quite a Colleen Hoover fangirl yet). I hope you enjoy it!
