Stacking the Shelves (Mega Haul!) and Week In Review 1/17/15

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's about sharing what I've added to my shelves this week.

Well, well, well, the book fairies have been extremely nice to me this week! Not only did I use up most of my remaining Christmas money on some great books, but my Book Outlet order finally arrived this week. I got seven books from the Book Outlet, five of them hardcovers, for less than $30 including shipping. Sweet! Oh, but that's not all. I got some unbelievably AWESOME books from Edelweiss this week. Some of them just became available, others I had requested a while ago (before the holidays) and was just approved for. I have so many new books to read, I don't even know where to start!

Here we go...

I wish I could have posted more this week, but my son was sick and I had to take care of him. Everyone else in my house is getting sick now, too (including me). Ugh.

What did you add to your shelves this week?

The Nightmare Dilemma, Steadfast, Daughter of Deep Silence, An Ember of the Ashes, Wrath & Dawn, Jubilee Manor, Burn, The Storyspinner, Chantress Alchemy, All Fall Down, Ghosts of Haven, and Darkest Part of the Forest are all books on my TBR list! Wow! You got a lot of books! I hope you enjoy them!
Speaking of Book Outlet, I finally made an account today after seeing so many Stacking the Shelves with Book Outlet hauls. I must resist buying anything...
Also, you're post makes me tempted to actually request something from Edelweiss. (Something I've never done before)

    1. Go for it! It can't hurt to try request things. Book Outlet is dangerous but at least you get a lot for your money. It takes a few weeks to get things but it's worth it. I really have no idea where to start with all the books I got. I'll figure it out :) Thanks for stopping by!

  10. ohmy, so many great books! I've been hoping to get my hands on The Testing, Half Bad, Taken (definitely need that before Frozen), and Spellcaster (need for Steadfast!!). I've read good things about Never Never sooo I'm thinking of getting that as well although I'm not an NA reader.
aand awesome eARCs! I definitely can't wait to read many of those (and I'm checking out a few that I just saw).
    Happy Reading!

  11. Wow! Awesome books! I am dying over Sarah Dessen's latest…can't wait to read that one! I also am intrigued by the Uninvited and The Wrath and the Dawn. An Ember in the Ashes sounds awesome too--been getting a lot of hype! I hope your son feels better and you stay healthy. My whole house was sick a few weeks ago…it stinks! Happy reading!

  16. WHOA what an amazing haul! I may cry you have so many amazing books! The Wrath and the Dawn AND An Ember in the Ashes?! I can't. I requested The Wrath and the Dawn awhile back and am in EW purgatory, which I hate. And All Fall Down and Ghosts of Heaven! I want both of those VERY badly!! I also requested Jubilee Manor, but again, purgatory ;) I hope you enjoy all of your lovely additions!!

    1. Don't lose hope for The Wrath and the Dawn. I requested it a long time ago (I actually forgot I did because it took so long) and was just approved. The same with An Ember in the Ashes. I was kind of surprised by everything I got this week, I'm a little overwhelmed. Next week should be a lot smaller, which is good since I have plenty to read already!
