Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Books I'm Looking Forward To In 2015

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week's Top Ten topic is, "Ten books I'm looking forward to in 2015." Well, we recently did ten sequels we can't wait to read, and coming up in a few weeks we'll be listing our ten most anticipated debut novels, so I guess I'll have to go somewhere in between. This is basically just one giant Waiting on Wednesday. It was hard to only choose ten books, but I guess that these are the ten I'm looking forward to the most (that weren't on my list of anticipated sequels). I'm sure I'll think of twenty or so more that I wish I could have added to this list within seconds of posting it. So, here are ten books I'm looking forward to in the coming year...

This is definitely the book I'm looking forward to the most.
 (September 2015)

Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, Maureen Johnson and Robin Wasserman

I know, it's technically not a whole book, but by the end of the year it will be. Every month, beginning in February of 2015, a new installment will release and the whole thing will eventually be bound into a single book (just like The Bane Chronicles).

Here is the Goodreads page where they are all listed.

The Stars Never Rise by Rachel Vincent

I. Love. Rachel. Vincent.
(June 9th, 2015)

The Orphan Queen by Jodi Meadows

I got this from Edelweiss, but it WASN'T THE WHOLE BOOK! How cruel can they be?
(March 10th, 2015)

I Was Here by Gayle Forman

New Gayle Forman... I don't need to say anything else. This one sounds like it should come with a box of tissues. I do have this one, but I haven't read it yet.
(January 27th, 2015)

Saint Anything by Sarah Dessen

New Sarah Dessen...SQUEE!!!!!
(May 5th, 2015)

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

This is a new series set in the world of her Grisha trilogy....

AAAAAHHHHHH!

I need it.

(October 8th, 2015)

The Glass Arrow by Kristen Simmons

I want to read this SO BAD. Every time I see that someone has an ARC of this, I get insanely jealous. I suppose can wait two more months :(
(February 10th, 2015)

I'm sure this will be on quite a few lists today.
(May 5th, 2015)

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

I've heard SO many good things about this book. I can't wait to get my hands on it!
(April 28th, 2015)

************
Of course, there are a lot more books that I'm looking forward to in 2015, but I had to limit this list to ten.

What books are you looking forward to in 2015?

    1. It feels like it's been forever since there was a new Sarah Dessen. I'm definitely excited to read Saint Nothing! There are so many books I want to read. I could have easily added 10 or 20 more.

  8. Awesome list! I am so excited for all of these, especially the new Dessen. Love her books for the summertime! The new Gayle Forman sounds good too, but so sad. I was sobbing for days when I first read If I Stay…so I'm sure her latest book will do the same!

  9. I Was Here looks like a book that I will have to read eventually. I always seem to get around to Gayle Forman books after the fact. A Court of Thorns and Roses looks really good and for every post I see with it on the list, the farther up my list it goes!
    Great list.

  10. Lady Midnight made my sequels list! I'm not sure about her new short stories collection. I liked that last one mostly because, Magnus!

Stars Never Rise, A Court of Thorns, & Orphan Queen made my list this week! :)

I wasn't satisfied with the ending of Grisha, but I liked the first two books and thieves, so I sort of have to read Six of Crows now.
