Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's about sharing what I've added to my shelves this week whether it be physical books or eBooks purchased, ARCs from publishers, books won or gifted or eGalleys from Edelweiss and NetGalley.
Ok, so this week has been pretty insane. Anyone who works in retail knows that this is the most dreaded week of the year...Black Friday week. I work in a bookstore, and we opened at midnight after Thanksgiving. I worked from midnight until 6am, went home and slept for a bit, then went back to work from 5pm until 10:30pm. I am EXHAUSTED. I don't know how I'm even able to type this post. I may have to quit and try in the morning*. We'll see. Anyway, not a lot bought this week, but a ton of eARCs from Edelweiss. Only one of them was from NetGalley (Rebellion).
*It's morning...I fell asleep sitting up.

Jinn and Juice has an amazing cover. You got some impressive titles this week. I hope you love all your new books.

I was seeing Jinn and Juice everywhere and I was thrilled to get it. I love the cover, too.
DeleteOh, I really need to read the White Rabbit Chronicles. Met the author last week, she was really nice. I am debating Rebellion. I wasn't a huge fan of the first book. I will see. Enjoy your haul and thanks for stopping by The Cover Contessa
ReplyDeleteGena Showalter is SO sweet! I've wanted to read the White Rabbit Chronicles for a while but haven't gotten around to it. My store kept selling out of the first book, so I grabbed one right out of the shipment box this time. Hopefully I can read it soon!
DeleteWow, amazing haul this week and a great selection of books. A lot of the eARCs are ones I am considering downloading, but I have a habit of going overboard. So I might have to be a little picky. I hope you enjoy all your reads this week :) Here's my STS.
ReplyDeleteThe covers were so pretty, I couldn't help myself. I know I went overboard...I blame sleep deprivation :)
DeleteVanished looks really good! I keep seeing it about!
ReplyDeleteAlice in Zombieland! Yes! I love that book! Happy reading! XD
ReplyDeleteI have several of these too, but I haven't read it. I also have Snow Like Ashes in my short list, to read it soon. I understand how you must be exhausted with Black Friday and all. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteYou have some books that I want… to read and steal! Kidding, don’t steal! :)) Happy reading!
