Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Authors I Own The Most Books From

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

First, I want to apologize if this isn't my best post. My computer (laptop) died this week. All I have to work with is a tablet and it is very difficult and time consuming to use. I'm doing my best. I got kind of frustrated halfway through. I may be stuck with the tablet for a while, unfortunately.

This weeks topic is Ten Authors I own the most books from. Oh, boy...let me do some counting....

Rachel Caine. This woman is a writing machine. I love her books as much as I love her, which is A LOT. She wrote The Morganville Vampires series (15) books, The Weather Warden series (9 books), The Oucast Season series (4 books), The Revivalist series (3 books) and Prince of Shadows (stand alone). At least that's what I own. I also own several anthologies that include short stories she's written.

Rachel Vincent. Her YA series is The Soul Screamers series (9 books including novellas). She also wrote The Shifters series (6 books), which is one of my FAVORITE series ever, The Unbound (3 books) series and has been included in many anthologies.

Richelle Mead. Of course, you know her for Vampire Academy (6 books) and Bloodlines (5 books so far). She also wrote The Age of X series (2 books so far),  the Georgina Kinkaid series (6 books) and the Dark Swan series (4 books).

Melissa de la Cruz.

Sarah Dessen.

Melissa Marr

Cassandra Clare

Maggie Stiefvater.

Elizabeth Scott.

Cate Tiernan.

  1. I'm really impressed that you managed this post on a tablet! Well done! J.K Rowling definitely takes over my shelves.

    1. It took WAY too long to make this post and I was close to tears at one point. The keyboard takes up most of the screen so I couldn't see what I was doing. Simple things like copy & paste, changing font size and arranging pictures are a real pain in the a$$ to do. I ordered a wireless keyboard case and hopefully I can also use a wireless mouse. I don't think my laptop can be saved and I don't have a pc.

  2. I can't believe I haven't read some of these. Rachel Caine is an absolute fave and I've read almost all her stuff (under Rachel Caine) but there's a lot here I own and haven't started... and more shockingly, some I don't even own on my TBR list - Rachel Vincent and Elizabeth Scott. I guess you guys at the store thought I already had those. LOL

    1. You haven't read Rachel Vincent or Elizabeth Scott? Shame on me for letting that happen! You should start with Stealing Heaven by Elizabeth Scott (she's like a YA Jodi Picoult) and volume one of Soul Screamers (about a banshee) and Stray (WERECATS!!!) by Rachel Vincent.

    1. I got a keyboard for my tablet. It's a lot easier to use. I still need to get a wireless mouse. I'm testing it out right now

  4. LOVE Cassandra Clare and Maggie Stiefvater! I only have like 2 of Cassie Clare's books though. All of the authors above Cassandra are ones that I haven't read yet but really want to! Thanks for stopping by my blog! :)
