Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Sequels I Can't Wait To Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

This week's Top Ten topic is "Ten Sequels I Can't Wait To Get". Well, this isn't as easy as it sounds. The main reason is because I already HAVE a lot of the sequels I've been waiting for (eGalleys from Edelweiss and NetGalley or ARCs from publishers), but I haven't read them all.  Some of these I have, some I don't. No matter what, I will be buying a copy of all of these books. I'll start with the sequel I want most of all (and I WISH I had). After that, I'll list the sequels I want to read most, beginning with one that releases this month. This list covers the next two months and through first third of 2015.

Sequels I Can't Wait to Read

The Heir (The Selection #4) by Kiera Cass
(5/5/2015)

I want it so bad I cry.

The Boy With the Hidden Name (Otherworld #2) by Skylar Dorset

Ensnared (Splintered #3) by A.G. Howard

Polaris (Avalon #2) by Mindee Arnett

---------------------------

Burning Kingdoms (The Internment Chronicles #2) by Lauren DeStefano
(3/10/15)

------------------------------

The Infinite (Gates of Thread and Stone #2) by Lori M. Lee
(3/10/15)

---------------------------

The Wicked Will Rise (Dorothy Must Die #2) by Danielle Paige
(3/31/15)

Miss Mayhem (Rebel Belle #2) by Rachel Hawkins
(4/7/15)

Those are ten of my most anticipated sequels.

What sequels do you want to read?

  1. There's a sequel to the Selection series!? But I thought it had ended! Woah what!? I think that's a little stupid but of course I'm gonna read it anyway ;) And I had no idea there was a sequel to Pawn or the Lonely Hearts Club, but I'm glad there is!

    1. There are actually two selection "books" out next year. In March there are two short stories in one paperback volume coming out (The Queen and The Favorite). Then in May, The Heir is out. Also, there are three short stories available for free on Kindle that come between The Lonely Hearts Club and the sequel.

  2. Wow, what a list - those covers! I haven't read The One yet, so I'm excited about that and The Heir (I know, I'm a bit behind). Exciting :D

    1. I was hesitant about reading The Selection series, but I ended up loving them. They're actually one of my favorite series. They're definitely worth reading.

  5. The only series you've listed which I'm reading is the Splintered series and I still need to read book 2 (listen to since I have the Audible book). Good luck getting these read. They look good!

  7. You've got a few sequels where I still am needing to read the first book in that series. But great choices! Thanks so much for stopping by my post earlier!
